Freedom Fresh sauces are now available in 400ml pouches, they don’t need to be kept in the fridge and taste like they have just been made. All you need to do when you get home from a hard day at work is gently fry some chicken and/or veg in a pan with some olive oil. Once cooked just pour over a Freedom Fresh sauce, heat through for 5 minutes and serve on a bed of rice for a meal that is better than you can get from most top restaurants
